1, IKC
Al het materiaal is in de fabriek aangekomen, het maakt niet uit printplaat , led, ic, weerstand, aluminium profiel, kabels, zijn QC-controle nodig. alle items moeten aan de vereiste voldoen.
2, CCT-controle
Alle led-behoeftes testen de kleur temperatuur , we moeten de helderheid, kleurtemperatuur en kleurweergave-index controleren. We moeten ervoor zorgen dat de klant de producten koopt die dezelfde kleur hebben als de vorige bestelling.
3, ontvochtiging
Alle leds hebben ontvochtiging nodig vóór SMT.65℃*8hours. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de leds droog zijn.
4.SMT-proces
Produceren van LED, IC, weerstand op het oppervlak van de PCB. We gebruiken de hogesnelheidsautomaat. Zorg ervoor dat alle componenten zich op de juiste plaats bevinden.
5. Reflow-solderen
Na het SMT-proces worden de led en de PCB samengevoegd met soldeerpasta. Dit moet worden gedacht aan een reflow-soldeermachine en in ongeveer 220-250 ℃. Vervolgens ontdooit de soldeerpasta en hecht hij aan elkaar.
6. Inspectie
Onze QC-afdeling inspecteert 100% controle van het striplicht om er zeker van te zijn dat er geen defecte LED's en kleurverschuivings-LED's zijn.
7. PCB solderen
Onze geautomatiseerde soldeermachine zal de 0,5M printplaat 10 stuks tot 5 meter solderen. Volgens klantenverzoek. Kabel wordt met de hand gesoldeerd. Machinaal solderen zorgt ervoor dat de soldeerkwaliteit van de PCB wordt gestabiliseerd.
8. Reinig het PCB-oppervlak
Zodra het solderen is voltooid, wordt de strip-PCB met alcohol gereinigd.
9. Verouderingstest
Alle led-producten hebben een verlichtingstest nodig gedurende 8 uur, zorg ervoor dat elke LED in goede staat werkt. In dit proces kunnen we weten dat het weer goed werkt? Led in de juiste kleurtemperatuur? Chauffeur werkt goed? Dit is heel belangrijk..
10. Waterdicht
IP55/65 (vocht verdedigen) Siliciumlijm op het oppervlak van de printplaat. IP65 (verdedig regen) met behulp van siliconenbuis voor de waterdichte. IP67 (korte tijd onder water gebruiken) met behulp van siliconen lijm injectie in de siliciumbuis.
11. 3M-tape
Al onze ledstrips worden beplakt 9080A 3M-tape, om een eenvoudige installatie voor de eindklant te garanderen.
12. Laatste kwaliteitscontrole
Onze kwaliteitscontroleur controleert elke striphaspel om een consistente lichtkleur van de strip en een goed uiterlijk te garanderen.

DC12V led strip light
There are many kinds led strip light in the market is DC12V. Because normally some of the batterij is DC 12V.And some of the power adapters is DC 12V. That will easy for us to use the DC 12V led strip light.
DC24V led strip light
DC24V led strip light just the led in series is different. DC12V is 3 LEDs in series. DC24V strip light is 6 LEDs in series.
