1, IQC

2, CCT-Prüfung
Alle LEDs müssen getestet werden Farbtemperatur Wir müssen die Helligkeit, die Farbtemperatur und den Farbwiedergabeindex überprüfen. Wir müssen sicherstellen, dass der Kunde beim Kauf der Produkte die gleiche Farbe wie bei der letzten Bestellung hat.
3, Entfeuchtung
Alle LEDs müssen vor dem SMT.65℃*8 Stunden entfeuchtet werden. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass die LEDs trocken sind.
4.SMT-Prozess
Erzeugen von LED- und IC-Widerständen auf der Oberfläche der Leiterplatte. Wir verwenden den Hochgeschwindigkeitsautomaten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Komponenten an der richtigen Stelle sind.
5. Reflow-Löten
Nach dem SMT-Prozess werden die LED und die Leiterplatte mit Lötpaste verbunden. Dazu muss eine Reflow-Lötmaschine verwendet und bei ca. 220–250 °C erhitzt werden. Dann taut die Lotpaste auf und verbindet sich.
6. Inspektion
Unsere QC-Abteilung führt eine 100-prozentige Prüfung der Lichtleiste durch, um sicherzustellen, dass keine defekte LED oder Farbverschiebungs-LED vorliegt.
7. Leiterplatte löten
Unsere automatische Lötmaschine lötet die 0,5-m-Leiterplatte (10 Stück) auf 5 Meter. Nach Kundenwunsch. Kabel wird von Hand gelötet. Durch maschinelles Löten wird die Lötqualität der Leiterplatte stabilisiert.
8. Leiterplattenoberfläche reinigen
Sobald der Lötvorgang abgeschlossen ist, wird die Leiterplatte mit Alkohol gereinigt.
9. Alterungstest
Alle LED-Produkte müssen 8 Stunden lang einem Beleuchtungstest unterzogen werden, um sicherzustellen, dass jede LED in gutem Zustand funktioniert. 10.Wasserdicht
IP55/65 (Feuchtigkeitsschutz) Silikonkleber auf die Oberfläche der Leiterplatte kleben. IP65 (Regenschutz) mit Silikonschlauch für die Wasserdichtigkeit. IP67 (kurzzeitiger Einsatz unter Wasser). Injektion von Silikonkleber in den Silikonschlauch.
11. 3M-Klebeband
Alle unsere LED-Streifen werden mit beklebt 9080A 3M-Klebeband, um eine einfache Installation für den Endkunden zu gewährleisten.
12. Endgültige Qualitätskontrolle
Unsere Qualitätskontrolle überprüft jede Streifenrolle, um eine gleichmäßige helle Farbe des Streifens sowie ein gutes Aussehen sicherzustellen.
