1, CQI
Tutto il materiale è arrivato in fabbrica, non importa pcb , led, circuiti integrati, resistenza, profilo in alluminio, cavi, necessitano di controllo qualità. tutti gli articoli devono soddisfare i requisiti.
2, controllo CCT
Tutti i led devono essere testati temperatura del colore , dobbiamo controllare la luminosità, la temperatura del colore, l'indice di resa cromatica. Dobbiamo assicurarci che il cliente acquisti il colore dei prodotti uguale all'ultimo ordine.
3, Deumidificazione
Tutti i led necessitano di deumidificazione prima di SMT.65℃*8 ore. Ciò garantisce che il led sia asciutto.
Processo 4.SMT
Produzione di LED, circuiti integrati, resistenza sulla superficie del PCB. Stiamo utilizzando la macchina automatizzata ad alta velocità. Assicurarsi che tutti i componenti siano al posto giusto.
5. Saldatura a rifusione
Dopo il processo SMT, il LED e il PCB vengono uniti con la pasta saldante. Questa necessità va pensata alla saldatrice a rifusione e in circa 220-250 ℃. Quindi la pasta saldante si scongela e si lega insieme.
6. Ispezione
Il nostro reparto di controllo qualità esegue un controllo al 100% della striscia luminosa per garantire che non siano presenti LED difettosi e LED con spostamento di colore.
7. PCB di saldatura
La nostra saldatrice automatizzata salderà il PCB da 0,5 M da 10 pezzi a 5 metri. Secondo la richiesta del cliente. Il cavo è saldato a mano. La saldatura a macchina garantisce la stabilizzazione della qualità della saldatura del PCB.
8. Pulire la superficie del PCB
Una volta completata la saldatura, la striscia PCB verrà pulita con alcool.
9.Prova di invecchiamento
Tutti i prodotti a LED necessitano di un test di illuminazione per 8 ore, per garantire che ciascun LED funzioni in buone condizioni. 10.Impermeabile

11. Nastro 3M

12. Controllo qualità finale
