1, CIQ

2, verificación CCT

3, deshumidificación
Todos los LED necesitan deshumidificación antes de SMT.65 ℃ * 8 horas. Esto garantiza que el LED esté seco.
4.Proceso SMT
Produce resistencia LED, IC en la superficie de la PCB. Estamos utilizando la máquina automática de alta velocidad. Asegúrese de que todos los componentes estén en el lugar correcto.
5. Soldadura por reflujo
Después del proceso SMT, el LED y la PCB se unen en pasta de soldadura. Esto debe pensarse en una máquina de soldadura por reflujo y en aproximadamente 220-250 ℃. Luego, la pasta de soldadura se descongela y se une.
6 .Inspección

7. PCB de soldadura
Nuestra máquina de soldadura automática soldará la PCB de 0,5 M, 10 piezas a 5 metros. Según petición del cliente. El cable se suelda a mano. La soldadura a máquina garantiza que se estabilice la calidad de la soldadura de PCB.
8. Limpiar la superficie de la PCB
Una vez completada la soldadura, la tira de PCB se limpiará con alcohol.
9.Prueba de envejecimiento

10.Impermeable

11. Cinta 3M
