1, IQC
Semua bahan tiba di kilang, tidak kira pcb , dipimpin, ic, rintangan, profil aluminium, kabel, memerlukan pemeriksaan QC. semua item yang diperlukan memenuhi keperluan.
2, semakan CCT
Semua led perlu menguji suhu warna ,kita perlu menyemak kecerahan, suhu warna, Indeks Rendering Warna. Kita perlu memastikan pelanggan membeli warna produk yang sama seperti pesanan terakhir.
3, Penyahlembapan
Semua led memerlukan dehumidification sebelum SMT.65℃*8hours .Ini memastikan led kering.
4.proses SMT
Menghasilkan LED, IC, rintangan ke permukaan PCB. Kami menggunakan mesin automatik berkelajuan tinggi. Pastikan semua komponen berada di tempat yang betul.
5. Aliran semula pematerian
Selepas proses SMT, led dan PCB disambungkan dengan pes pateri. Ini perlu memikirkan mesin pematerian aliran semula dan dalam anggaran 220-250 ℃. Kemudian pes pateri mencairkan dan mengikat bersama.
6 .Pemeriksaan
Jabatan QC kami memeriksa 100% lampu jalur untuk memastikan tiada kecacatan LED dan LED peralihan warna.
7. pematerian PCB
Mesin pematerian automatik kami akan memateri 10pcs pcb 0.5M kepada 5meter. Mengikut permintaan pelanggan. Kabel dipateri dengan tangan. Mesin pematerian memastikan kualiti pematerian PCB stabil.
8. Bersihkan permukaan PCB
Setelah pematerian selesai, jalur PCB akan dibersihkan dengan alkohol.
9.Ujian penuaan
Semua produk yang dipimpin memerlukan ujian pencahayaan selama 8 jam, pastikan setiap LED berjalan dalam keadaan baik. Dalam proses ini, kita boleh tahu cuaca membawa berfungsi dengan baik? Diterajui dalam suhu warna yang betul ? Pemandu berfungsi dengan baik? Ini sangat penting..
10. Kalis air
IP55/65 (mempertahankan kelembapan) Gam silikon pada permukaan PCB . IP65 (mempertahankan hujan) menggunakan tiub silikon untuk kalis air. IP67 (masa singkat menggunakan di bawah air) menggunakan suntikan gam silikon ke dalam tiub silikon.
11. Pita 3M
Semua jalur led kami akan ditampal dengan Pita 9080A 3M, untuk memastikan pemasangan mudah untuk pelanggan akhir.

DC12V led strip light
There are many kinds led strip light in the market is DC12V. Because normally some of the bateri is DC 12V.And some of the power adapters is DC 12V. That will easy for us to use the DC 12V led strip light.
DC24V led strip light
DC24V led strip light just the led in series is different. DC12V is 3 LEDs in series. DC24V strip light is 6 LEDs in series.
