1, CIQ
Tout le matériel est arrivé en usine, peu importe carte de circuit imprimé , LED, IC, résistance, profil en aluminium, câbles nécessitent un contrôle de qualité. tous les articles doivent répondre à l’exigence.
2, contrôle CCT
Toutes les LED doivent tester le température de couleur , nous devons vérifier la luminosité, la température de couleur, l'indice de rendu des couleurs. Nous devons nous assurer que le client achète les produits de la même couleur que la dernière commande.
3, déshumidification
Toutes les LED doivent être déshumidifiées avant SMT.65 ℃ * 8 heures. Cela garantit que la LED sèche.
4. Processus SMT
Production de LED, IC, résistance sur la surface du PCB. Nous utilisons la machine automatisée à grande vitesse. Assurez-vous que tous les composants sont au bon endroit.
5. Soudure par refusion
Après le processus SMT, la LED et le PCB sont joints à la pâte à souder. Cela nécessite une machine à souder par refusion et à environ 220-250 ℃. Ensuite, la pâte à souder décongèle et se lie ensemble.
6. Inspection
Notre service QC inspecte la vérification à 100 % de la bande lumineuse pour garantir qu'il n'y a pas de LED défectueuse et de LED de changement de couleur.
7. PCB à souder
Notre machine à souder automatique soudera la carte PCB de 0,5 M 10 pièces à 5 mètres. Selon demande du client. Le câble est soudé à la main. Le soudage à la machine garantit la stabilisation de la qualité du soudage des PCB.
8. Nettoyer la surface du PCB
Une fois la soudure terminée, la bande PCB sera nettoyée à l'alcool.
9. Test de vieillissement
Tous les produits LED nécessitent un test d'éclairage pendant 8 heures, pour garantir que chaque LED fonctionne en bon état. Dans ce processus, pouvons-nous savoir si la météo fonctionne bien ? Led à la bonne température de couleur ? Le pilote fonctionne bien ? C'est très important..
10.Étanche
IP55/65 (défendre l'humidité) Colle silicone sur la surface du PCB. IP65 (défendre la pluie) en utilisant un tube en silicone pour l'étanchéité. IP67 (utilisation de courte durée sous l'eau) en utilisant injection de colle silicone dans le tube de silicium.
11. Ruban 3M
Toutes nos bandes LED seront collées avec Ruban 9080A 3M, pour garantir une installation facile pour le client final.
12. Contrôle qualité final
Notre QC vérifiera chaque bobine de bande pour garantir une couleur claire constante de la bande, ainsi qu'une bonne apparence.
