6-Step LED Quality Inspection
1Product Appearance
- ✓Surface is clean and free of debris
- ✓No scratches, dents, or blemishes
- ✓Paint/coating color matches the approved sample
- ✓Material matches the sample specification
- ✓Dimensions match the requested specification
All findings are recorded in the QC report.
2Electrical Test
- ✓LED light powers on correctly
- ✓Input voltage matches the rating (12V / 24V / 110V / 220V)
- ✓Power consumption is within specified range
- ✓No flickering or abnormal behavior
3Light Source Test
- ✓Color matches order (Red, Yellow, Blue, Amber, Green, Pink, etc.)
- ✓Color temperature verified (1800K, 2200K, 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 6500K, 7000K)
- ✓Shade consistency across the batch
- ✓No color variation between units
4Brightness Test
- ✓Lumen output matches the approved sample
- ✓Same power rating = same brightness level
- ✓Brightness consistency across the batch
- ✓No dim or over-bright units
5Beam Angle Test
- ✓Beam angle matches specification (for downlights, wall washers, floodlights)
- ✓Lens correctly installed and aligned
- ✓Light distribution is even and as designed
- ✓No hotspots or dark spots
6Label & Packaging
- ✓Product label: Item No., Logo, Wattage, Input Voltage, Color Temperature
- ✓Package label matches product contents
- ✓Packaging is secure and suitable for international shipping
- ✓Accessories (connectors, screws, manuals) included as specified
