Understanding Voltage Drop and Connection Methods
Voltage drop happens when voltage decreases along the strip, causing uneven brightness. It is caused by resistance in LED components and connecting wires. Use these connection methods to mitigate it:

Parallel Connection

Serial Connection

Wiring RGB LED Strip Lights

RGB strips have four wires (common anode + R/G/B) and are ideal for decorative lighting. Use DALI DT8 RGB drivers or LED controllers with/without a PWM amplifier.

Wiring RGBW LED Strip Lights

RGBW strips have four color channels (R/G/B/W) for vibrant color plus pure white. Use DALI DT8 RGBW drivers or controllers with/without amplifier.
