1, ИКЦ
Сав материјал је стигао у фабрику, није битно пцб , лед, иц, отпорност, алуминијумски профил, каблови, потребна је контрола квалитета. сви предмети морају испунити услове.
2, ЦЦТ провера
Све је потребно тестирати температура боје , морамо да проверимо осветљеност, температуру боје, индекс приказивања боја. Морамо да се уверимо да клијент купује производе у боји исте као и последња поруџбина.
3, Одвлаживање
Свим ЛЕД диодама је потребно одвлаживање прије СМТ.65℃*8 сати. Ово осигурава да се лед осуши.
4.СМТ процес
Производња ЛЕД, ИЦ, отпорности на површини ПЦБ-а. Користимо аутоматску машину велике брзине. Уверите се да су све компоненте на правом месту.
5. Рефлов лемљење
Након СМТ процеса, ЛЕД и ПЦБ се спајају пастом за лемљење. За то је потребна машина за лемљење са поновним преливањем и на приближно 220-250℃。 Затим се паста за лемљење одмрзне и повеже.
6 .Инспекција

7.Лемљење ПЦБ-а

DC12V led strip light
