يستخدم لايتستيك aluminum alloy 6063-T5 for all linear light profiles. T5 tempering involves high-temperature extrusion, cooling, and artificial aging — producing a profile with excellent mechanical properties.

Why 6063-T5?

• Lightweight yet rigid
• Excellent extrusion — complex shapes possible
• High mechanical strength and rigidity
• Good machining performance

Surface finish:

Alkali-sand silver oxidation — a high-concentration alkali bath creates an ultra-smooth, corrosion-resistant surface with consistent color.

Our diffuser covers are made from Polycarbonate (PC) — an engineering plastic with a carbonate ester polymer chain. Aromatic PC is the only type with industrial-scale production and is the fastest-growing engineering plastic.

PC cover advantages:

• Heat resistant: up to 120–140°C
• Fire rating: V2 (self-extinguishing)
• UV resistant: excellent outdoor aging performance
• Electrical insulation: stable even in wet/high-temp conditions
• Light diffusion: uniform, glare-free output

End caps seal both ends of the linear light, protecting the internal components and giving a clean finished look.
