Led strip light is one led by one assemble in the surface of PCB board.So normally the led strip light seems one dot by one dot.
When we install the led strip light in aluminum profile,we need dotless led strip light.Then will make dot free led linear light.

Chapter1,Why the spot of the led light will happen?
Because the led strip light is assemble one led by one led.So when the light on,it will see the led one spot by one spot.
Many people using led strip light and led aluminum profile to make linear light , cabinet light.
1,Same led strip light, different high led profile.
We can see from the photo, the same led strip light, SMD5050-60LED/M
The smaller led aluminum profile,the height of the profile smaller,then it will easy see the led dot from the cover.The led from the PC cover higher,then we can not see the spot from the cover easy.
2.Same led aluminum profile,different density led strip light
We use a higher density led strip light, SMD2835-120LED/M.Compare with SMD5050-60LED/M. In the same led aluminum profile.Then we can see the dotless will more better.Then means,if we want to make spotfree led linear light,we can use high density led strip light.We have SMD2835 led strip light,168led/m,192led/m,240led/m.And we have SMD2216 300led/m,2110 700led/m.If use this led strip lights.It can not easy see the led spot.
3.Same led strip light,same high led aluminum profile,BUT different cover.
Led aluminum profile cover have transparency and milky.Normally factory offer one milky cover.Some factories offer 2 or 3 different transmittance level cover.
Of course,we can see the transparency cover will see the led dot.The milky cover not easy see the led spot.But the brightness of the transparency cover led aluminum profile light is best.
Chapter 2,How to make spot free led linear light?
From above we know if we need dot free led linear light,we need to consider 3 factors.
Led density of the led strip light,led aluminum profile size,led aluminum profile cover.
